Quick Loan Desk operates strictly as an authorized Direct Selling Agent (DSA) / Channel Partner connecting prospective borrowers with regulated banking institutions and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). We do not disburse loans directly from our own funds.
2. Eligibility & User Information
By submitting your details on our platform, you warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age and a resident of India.
- All information provided by you (Name, WhatsApp Number, Loan Type) is accurate, current, and belongs to you.
- You authorize us and our banking partners to check your credit bureau score (CIBIL/Equifax) and contact you regarding your loan application.
3. No Upfront Fees
Quick Loan Desk does not charge any upfront application or processing fees from users. Beware of fraudulent entities asking for money in exchange for loan sanctions.
4. Limitation of Liability
Final approval, sanction, interest rates, and disbursal of loans are subject to the sole discretion and credit policy of the respective lending partner banks or NBFCs. Quick Loan Desk shall not be held liable for any loan rejections or delays caused by lenders.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
